Packaging All orders are packed in plastic-free, recyclable packaging. Our coffee bags are resealable and designed to fit through a standard UK letterbox for orders of 1–2 bags, so no missed deliveries.

International shipping We currently ship to the UK mainland only. International shipping will be available in a future update — sign up to our newsletter to be notified.

Something gone wrong? If your order has not arrived within 10 working days of your dispatch confirmation, please contact us at info@kotecoffee.co.uk with your order number and we will investigate with Royal Mail straight away.
